Colect is a SaaS platform for wholesale and fashion brands that needed to strengthen its marketing engine, especially around content and lead generation. The company sought a structured content strategy to drive inbound revenue and the ability to eventually bring these capabilities in-house.
With ambitious growth targets, Colect faced the challenge of generating more inbound opportunities while building a consistent brand presence across channels. The company lacked a structured content strategy and calendar, which made campaigns ad hoc and difficult to scale. At the same time, Colect aimed to eventually insource marketing execution, but needed guidance and training before doing so.



Solution :
The engagement focused on building a strong foundation for content-driven lead generation:
Designed and implemented a content strategy, plan, and calendar aligned with Colect’s target personas and business goals.
Created promotional content for sales during events
Developed and launched lead generation campaigns to increase inbound pipeline.
Mentored and trained an internal hire, ensuring the team could continue executing and evolving the strategy independently.
